Backing up Pages and Numbers to iCloud

Set up Pages and Numbers to use iCloud Drive

To use iCloud, you must sign in with your Apple ID in Settings, and make sure iCloud is turned on for Pages.

1. Tap Settings on your Home screen, then tap iCloud on the left.

2. Sign in to your account using your Apple ID, or request a new Apple ID and then sign in.

3. Tap iCloud Drive and turn it on.

4. Turn on Pages and Numbers.

   This setting allows Pages and Numbers to store documents in iCloud.

5. In the list on the left, scroll down to the apps at the bottom.

6. Tap Pages, then turn on Use iCloud.

7. Tap Numbers, then turn on Use iCloud.

When iCloud is turned off for Pages or Numbers on this device, edits you make or new documents that you create aren’t saved to iCloud, and documents that are newly created or changed on other devices or on your computer aren’t available in Pages or Numbers on this device.
